So excited to share this sneak peek with you! A week ago today, Kayla Belle Weddings and Events produced a bridal style shoot for MunaLuchi Bride Magazine. The theme, a vision of Janelle of Kayla Belle, was inspired by Indian culture and urban Brooklyn chic.
The design concept was traditional Indian decor showcasing a fusion of vibrant colors with a modern Brooklyn flair. Janelle envisioned and wanted a unique twist to the mandap, a wedding canopy for the bride and groom, so she decorated it with a beautiful gold and purple chaise with matching fabric draped on either side of it. A gold leaf backdrop and an illuminated lotus flower made out of jasmine and roses, provided by Tracey Reynolds Floral Design, added to its beauty. The tablescape was equally rich in orange, pink, teal, and gold colors with linens provided by The Finishing Touch as well as purple and gold metallic paper laser cut stationery by Paper Dreams & Keepsakes. Let's not forget to mention the cake, three tiers of crisp white with jewels lined down the middle, accented with a gold border designed by Lady Charles Desserts. You all will be amazed and in awe when you see it all!
The couple was styled by Luxe LeBlanc who donned them in both traditional Indian garb and modern chic designs from Bombay Bridal, Pantora Bridal, Daniela Tabois and Alexander Nash. Making the already flawless bride look ever so beat for each look was Juicy Looks by Abby. She worked her magic fingers in between each shoot to get the right facial color scheme that matched the bride's attire. To add to traditionalism, Henna For All, painted amazing henna artwork on the bride's hands.
This creative experience was fun and breathtaking. Below are some sneak peeks I hope you'll enjoy. Look out for " Bollywood meets Brooklyn" in a future issue of MunaLuchi Bride Magazine.
